Petualangan BRIlian – Cultivia

BRIlian Adventure

Vision is one of the nine key qualities that drive successful SMEs, and in this episode of BRIlian Adventure, Ramon Y. Tungka travels to the Bangka Belitung Islands to meet Yosefin, the founder of Pepper Secret, a business that transforms Muntok white pepper into innovative, value-added products.

Driven by a desire to increase the value of white pepper that doesn’t meet premium grading standards, Yosefin founded Pepper Secret. What began as an effort to reduce waste has grown into a brand that reimagines white pepper beyond its traditional use as a spice. Today, Pepper Secret offers a range of products, including fragrances, personal care items, and unique lifestyle accessories.

Pepper Secret has grown far beyond the Indonesian market, with its products now reaching customers around the world. Yet despite this success, Yosefin continues to learn and grow. She actively participates in industry organizations and business communities, believing that meaningful connections and continuous learning are essential to long-term success.

Watch Yosefin’s inspiring journey in BRIlian Adventure Episode 9, available on KompasTV and the Bank BRI YouTube channel.
